Airline "Food" - American Airlines Chef's Conclave

Supposedly, AA has a "Chef's Conclave" which puts together the "food" we get to consume in the air.  Last week, I actually *read* the description on my airline meal.
I quote
"To meet your discriminating taste, we have created a range of innovative cuisine.  Many menus are inspired by some of the most highly respected and talented chef's in the United States."

Is it just me, or does this smack of wacky-speak?
Which of these menus?
The one I was looking at last week?  Which included that - be still my beating heart- oh so innovative and cutting edge item Beef Filet?
I wonder which "highly respected and talented chef" came up with that?
I can just see it - Tom Keller, Charlie Trotter and Grant Achatz sharing a doobie -

"Oooh, I know!  Lets do a Beef Fillet!  Yes! Yes!"

Hmmmnn. Don't really get your point. The 3 chefs you mention don't work for AA. Those chef's wouldn't offer a basic filet mignon as part of any menu they'd do... even for an airline.

The nice thing about garbage-collection is that it is makes memory management absolutely transparent to you Of course, the above is true right up to the point when it stops being transparent, at which point it does a phase change from nice to clusterf**k of biblical proportions .  There are entire posts, books, and suicide notes that have been written about this, and I have no great desire to add to them, save with the minor comment that paranoia about garbage-collection is still justified , albeit only in the edge-cases for most people. Cannonball Tree!

Spotted this one just outside the Ravindra Kalakshetra in Bangalore .  Its called the Cannonball Tree , but is - technically (i.e., in Latin, if thats your metier) - Couroupita Guianensis , or ನಾಗಲಿಂಗ ಪುಷ್ಪಾ  in Kannada. The fruits look like Cannonballs (well, d-uh), and the flowers are really quite amazing, and pretty ludicrously distinctive...

Visualizing Prime Numbers

From Jason Davies , we have El Patron de Los Primos , probably one of the coolest prime number visualizer that I've seen.  For every Natural number, he draws a periodic curve that intersects at that number and each of its multiples.  Needless to say, prime numbers are touched by only two curves (itself and 1 ).
