If you have never encountered hummus this good, you are in for a treat And yes, its true.  Great hummus - like the kind I've had in the old-city in Jerusalem - is a mind-altering experience.  Heck, even mediocre hummus is brilliant. Note :  Anything that comes from a plastic container is most definitely not hummus
