Mass Shootings Discussion Day for 2015 -- April 15th

From the Washington Post, an analysis of all mass shootings in the USA for 2015 - where "mass" is defined as 4+ victims, including the shooter.
As +Andreas Schou points out, if we believe that
If it's inappropriate to discuss gun control in the aftermath of a mass shooting (where "aftermath" corresponds to a period of a week or less)
that leaves exactly one day thus far in 2015 when it was appropriate - April 15th.
So there you have it - Mass Shootings Discussion Day should henceforth be April 15th
I'm setting my calendar for next year - are you?
